Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Please note that for your first order delivery will be made to the invoice address, even if an alternative delivery address is provided. This is to prevent credit card fraud.

UK Delivery is £4 per order unless otherwise stated. International order delivery fees will be calculated at the checkout.

DELIVERY TIME SCALES

In stock items will be despatched within 4 working days assuming your card payment has been authorised. Some items such as Naturana products may have to be specially ordered so please allow up to 10 working days for these. We will contact you with estimated delivery times when ordering.

UK orders are sent 2nd class unless requested otherwise. Should your order not arrive (unless otherwise stated) within 7 days please contact us and we will track it for you.

If you require something urgently let us know and we will do our best to help you.

In the unlikely event that your order cannot be processed and delivery may not be made within the timescale we will contact you and inform you of the expected delivery date. You will have the option to cancel if this is not acceptable to you.

UNDELIVERED GOODS


If any of the goods should be returned to us due to you being unavailable to receive them, your order will not be despatched again until further payment for postage has been obtained.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We want all of our customers to be delighted with their `Jo Dee` purchases and therefore if you have any problems with any items we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for any form of briefs, control wear, hosiery or swimwear.

We will also not be able to accept items which have been used, worn, washed or smelling of tobacco or pets.

To receive a refund please notify us within 14 days then return the item (s) to us (unworn/unused) in its original packing with product tags attached within 28 days of receipt. The full price of the item will be refunded less the delivery costs.

For Sale and Clearance items we can only offer a 7 day exchange rather than a refund.

To receive an exchange please return the item(s) to us unworn/unused in its original packaging with product tags attached within 14 days of receipt. The full price of the item will credited less the delivery costs. Where an exchange is required please contact us to let us know the alternative product that you require and we will check it is available and reserve it for you in the correct size and design.

Please note return postage costs are at your expense. Jo Dee cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during return postage so we recommend you send the items recorded delivery.

Some items may not be exactly as they are shown in the photographs. If this is the case then please notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.

This does not affect your statutory rights or your right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations.
